Research On The Piece-information Management Of The Steel Sub-item Proiect

As is known to all, the steel reinforcement is the backbone and soul of the building. It’s also the skeleton structure supporting the whole building, hence the steel bar sub-item project is the critical part in the process of steel construction, and the steel construction personnel plays a key roal in the implementation of the construction process. However, through field investigation and research of several projects work-in-process in Kunming or surrounding regions, only to find that the following two main questions exist in the construction process of reinforced subdivisional work. Firstly, the steel bar sub-item project still uses the traditional and backward way of hourly wages, while several other subdivisional works of building engineering, such as formwork engineering, decoration engineering and water-electricity installation works,etc. have already adopted the piece rate wage mode. Secondly, most of the steel construction teams at the site are small teams that go through layers of subcontracting. Nay more, the workers have a relatively low level of technology, the responsibility for the quality of the projects is not clear, and the construction field management is always in a mess.Based on the above issues, with the rapid development of computer information technology and the improvement of Grandsoft modeling software and Kingdee accounting software, the study about piece rate of steel works carries out smoothly. This article will put the construction project of a tourist town (Project A for short in the following sections) as the study object to analyse the informationization management on piece-mode of steel works and propose the implementation and key details. Firstly, by going through some reference materials associated with the piecework wage and following up observations of other site construction process of steel works, we collect data, statistics and make analysis in order to work out a scheme that how to calculate the price of all members of steel bar sub-item project.Then, we use Glodon software to accurately calculate the reinforcement amount of each component and the total amount of the project, and further to conclude the bill of materails that Project A required for steel fabrication and installation. Thirdly, according to the initial scheme and the field conditions, we try to work out the piece price of every component and the contracting combinations as scientifically and rationally as possible. Finally, we can organize the workers to work in piece-mode. At the same time, by using the Kingdee KIS accounting software and combining with the knowledge of accounting, we can realize the informationization management and control of the piece works and implement the cooperative management of project cost (In this paper, it specifically means the steel bar sub-item project construction cost) and project finance (In this paper, it refers in particular to the reinforced subentry project construction finance). Doing in this way is in order to ensure the information management on comprehensive incentive system of steelworks can be more standard and perfect.Introduction of the piecework wages and its information management aims at eliminating "hourly wages" and "layers of subcontracting" phenomenon and instead, creating the piecework system related to quality in the steel component areas. Doing so can not only enhance the workers’ enthusiasm for labor and their salary, but also ensure the quality of construction and reduce the secutity risks through the piece-rate system of responsibility to each worker. Simultaneously, the construction contractor can reduce the on-site labor superviion, expond the management scope, reduce the management costs, improve the overall economic benefits, and creat a mutual benefit and win-win situation of workers and contractors, thereby playing a certain role in promoting the construction market to become more standardized.
