| The Shuangtaizi River Gate plays an important role in agricultural irrigation and urban water supply in Panjin City,and is also an important part of the flood control system in the lower reaches of the Liaohe River.The main function of the river gate is to improve the water level of the gate,prevent and control the tidal water,improve the water quality,and adjust the water storage capacity.To ensure the agricultural irrigation and urban water supply in Panjin City,it plays an active role in the development of the city.However,continuous operation for many years has led to the aging of the sluice and the loss of some functions,which seriously threaten the safety of the lives and property of the downstream people,and it is urgent to carry out reinforcement.This paper takes the Shuangtaizi sluice reinforcement project as the research object.The main research contents include:(1)Through the search for data and actual investigation,the problems existing in the sluice are analyzed and collated,and the hydrological conditions and geological conditions of the sluice are analyzed and summarized.The local climatic conditions are determined to be temperate monsoon climate,and the silt is distributed below the base of each building.The clay should be treated and treated in the design.It is determined that the design flood level of the Shuangtaizi River sluice is 8.10 m,the corresponding discharge capacity is 5000 m~3/s,the check flood level is 9.08 m,the corresponding discharge capacity is 6800 m~3/s,and the normal water level is 4.3 m.The necessity of sluice reinforcement is also discussed.(2)Propose specific solutions based on the problems of the sluice.According to the overall design of the sluice,after a variety of comparison options,it is determined that the shallow hole gate is constructed on the left bank.The design choice is that the floor elevation is 3.00m,the aperture is selected as the single hole,the net width is 10m,and the overflow is180m.18 holes.In the arrangement scheme of the submerged sluice gate and the over water dyke,the scheme of selecting the shallow sluice gate and the reinforced water embankment is determined.After the plan was determined,water conservancy design,structural design,and sluice stability review were carried out.On the basis of the overall research,a summary is made and guidance is given for the specific construction.I hope this paper can provide reference for similar reinforcement design in the future. |
