Combined with the existing problems of the national key project -Linhuaigang Flood-control Project, this paper systematically studied the theories of sluice structures design foundation model modern calculation methods of both plane and spatial sluice structures ; At the same time, static and dynamic analysis of he spatial structure of the Jiang Tang Lake's Flood-entry Sluice was studied using the Finite Element Method. The main studies were as follows.1.Discussing the features of the calculation method of sluice structures, such as Winkler foundation semi-infinite elastic foundation multilevel elastic foundation finite depth elastic foundation piling foundation and common spatial foundation.2.Studying the semi-analytic method of plane sluice structure's calculation, and developing the corresponding software of calculation analysis and graphics transaction. Based on the examples, the feasibility of the research method and the practicability of the developing software are demonstrated.3.The finite element method in spatial sluice structure calculation was researched. Regarding the whole sluice and foundation as an integral body, the static and dynamic analysis of the structure was made, and the spatial stress was transformed into plane stress according to demands and habits of the project design. At last the corresponding formulae was yielded.4.The design scheme of Jiangtang Lake Flood-intake Sluice was systematically researched, including selecting the sluice location, calculating the height of the sluice soleplate, selecting of the sluice structure and bank wall, and then the reliable proof for determining rational structure scheme was provided.5.The static and dynamic analysis of the Jiangtang Lake Flood Intake Sluice was made by use of the spatial finite element method. The displacement, stress and internal force of the structure subjected to the typical load behavior were calculated, and the structure self-oscillation character and dynamic response under the degree horizontal seismic were gained beside; Then the security and rationality of the whole structure were comprehensively evaluated.
