Due to the long run,the lower design standard,improper operation and management,equipment aging and other reasons,our country many sluices have appeared some danger,dilapidated sluice is a serious threat to the safety of life and property of the people and affect the normal operation of the water conservancy.So it is urgent and no time to delay to eliminate danger and reinforce risky sluices.The choice of reinforcement scheme of ill conditioned and dangerous sluice is of great significance to the whole project.The reasonable reinforcement scheme can guarantee the safe operation of the sluice recovery,and can reduce unnecessary resource input.Aksu River XiDaQiao water diversion sluice of he first division of the XinJiang production and construction corps is a collection of production and living,flood control,irrigation,water power,transportation,and other functions in one comprehensive and large hub.After years of operation,the impingement downstream energy dissipation ability is insufficient,Foundation scour of the diversion dike is serious.Flood control and emergency ability of the diversion dike is insufficient.So far we rarely do evaluation research about the brake hub reinforcement scheme.Through a comprehensive,system and scientific research for dilapidated sluice can provide a reference for reinforcement scheme selection.In this paper,I do the following research to consolidation solution of XiDaQiao water diversion sluice:(1)Analyze XiDaQiao water diversion sluice engineering general situation and the necessity of project construction.On this basis,designed two kinds of alternative which are raising the flood water level and increasing water cross section width;(2)Through the comparison of analytic hierarchy process(referred to as AHP)and analytic network process(referred to as ANP),I choose analytic network process to do scheme comparison.At the same time,this paper introduces the Super Decisions software usage of the analytic network process supporting software;(3)This paper introduces some evaluation methods which are the commonly used principal component analysis(pca),the monte carlo simulation comprehensive evaluation method,the weight of the factor analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,etc.(4)I analyze the influence of the related factors of XiDaQiao water diversion sluice reinforcement,use Super Decisions software to do simulate scheme of the diversion sluice reinforcement simulation,calculate weight of the factors and get the optimization scheme.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method I evaluate optimization scheme which is selected;(5)Do the related calculation and analysis of the optimization scheme,including the hydraulic calculation of hub,review of flow components ultra-high,the calculation of diversion dam and using ANSYS to analyze the lock chamber structure of the sluice.
