It is the important research subject in sluice design and analysis currently that modeling rapidly and accurately in sluice FEM analysis in condition of weak foundation, nonlinear simulation analysis of sluice and auto steel design. In this paper, the analysis means of sluice are summarized and contrasted, the visualization means and actualization technique in FEM analysis of sluice are studied, the parameterized visualization analysis system of sluice based on ANSYS is developed and combining project example, BeiShanZhuang sluice is analyzed by 3-D FEM simulation analysis means.1. The visualization theory is studied and a new method of sluice FEM modeling visually and the technique of actualize are raised. Developing technique of ANSYS is studied and the parameterized visualization analysis system of sluice based on ANSYS is developed by APDL and UIDL technique. The sluice on weak foundation can be modeled and researched conveniently and efficiently by it.2. Three FEM models of reinforced concrete are compared and studied. The FEM model of reinforced concrete of sluice in ANSYS is raised. Typical simple beam is calculated by the FEM model in ANSYS and compared with test data. The transformation method from stress to inner force in ANSYS is studied, and corresponding module is exploited, which realize auto steel design by design specification.3. The theory and method of sluice FEM simulation analysis and the simulation modeling in simulation analysis and the technique of actualize in ANSYS are researched. The simulation modeling of actually loading in process of sluice construction is actualized.4. BeiShanZhuang sluice is modeled visually and 3-D FEM simulation analyzed, and the stress and displacement rule of sluice in different fact is calculated and analyzed. The effects of different type of base plate are compared, and steel design of sluice is calculated and analyzed.
