At present,China's electric powerindustry has developed rapidly,the construction of the power grid has reached the highest period of history,and now large-scale production of the construction of transmission lines are basically ultra-high-voltage AC lines.But at the same time of rapid construction and development,the corridor of transmission corridors is getting less and more severe,which leads to more and more restrictive factors of the railway construction.So how in such a tense construction environment more excellent completion of the construction of the goal of the project has become the biggest problem.Therefore,from the goal of reducing the cost of social resources and the maximization of medium and long-term benefits,the construction of transmission lines should focus on the research and planning of life cycle theory in terms of maintenance,production and development of lines,and calculate the investment cost of each structure construction.At the same time,the optimal design of the route is carried out by using the comprehensive periodic theory research method in accordance with the technical means.At the same time,the life-cycle cost analysis method has become the construction and operation of engineering projects related to cost analysis of technical design,and in many of the world's many industries have been recognized,a large number of applications in the industrial production process,engineering construction in a number of areas.Because there are still a variety and complexity of transmission lines,and the system has not yet fully established a better method of analysis and design,so this article will use the life cycle theory method for transmission line design and construction projects,while meeting the safety production norms under the conditions of the comprehensive analysis of the full life cost,From different point of view on the construction of the proposed guidance,the promotion of national environmental protection policy,so that faster and better to meet the long-term economic benefits of transmission lines.On the basis of finishing the whole life cycle theory and practical cases,this paper expounds the design method of life-span cost in detail,and introduces the composition of total life cost of transmission line,and gives the important parameter value of life-span cost.Finally,the author puts forward the optimal design method of the whole life cycle transmission line by the correlative theory,and gives the relevant conclusion through the single loop and the double loop circuit.
