| With the rapid developments of our country electric power industry, The national grid construction is in the unprecedented peak period and the Project of EHV AC Transmission Line is in a wide range of buildings. At the same time, with the line corridor increasingly strained and the environmental protection gradually tighten, it is in number of growing that the constraints of electric power construction especially construction of transmission line. In such severe conditions, building quality projects is the great challenge of the design units.The economy of transmission line is mainly reflected on the transmission cost. Under the feasible technically premise, the transmission cost is the decisive factor of engineering programs because the transmission projects putted into operation would produce economic benefits only under the low cost. But it was construction cost that was one-time investment of the main consideration in the past transmission projects. The shortcomings of this method are not taking into account the cost of operation, maintenance and reliability of a transmission project in the planning and design stage. As a result, although the construction cost the transmission project is lower, there are outcomes that the higher cost of the operation and maintenance, the longer downtime, the larger of reliability costs, which lead to the economy and reliability of the overall project lagged far behind.The paper introduces the life cycle management theory in the optimized design of line through applying a750kV transmission line project in the basis of design. Simultaneously, there is the design of strong implementation and the optimal of life cycle cost in which ensure the beginning of construction under the safe situation, reliable power supply, friendly environment by the many aspects of detailed analysis. |
