With the evolving development of power equipment asset management, the focalpoint of equipment assets is no longer on the point of view of equipment investment,gradually extended to the economic feasibility which in the technical feasibility views.With the management of the life cycle cost of electrical equipment bases on the tender,procurement, operation and maintenance, overhaul the whole process until scrapped,can effective control the electric power equipment cost, increases the efficiency offunds, improve the reliability of electric power equipment.The management is notonly related to the economic interests of the individual project, but also related to thehealthy development of power engineering construction.The major jobs of the thesis are as following:1、In the aspect of the220kV transformer actual operation situation, give fullconsideration to each phase of the cost of the electrical equipment in the30yearsdesign life, combined with the power grid operation cost management system,combined the life cycle cost management with the power grid operation costmanagement effectively, Broken the220kV transformer for the whole life cycle costinto investment cost, operation cost,failure cost and scrap cost,to set up themodeling in order, refine the whole life cycle cost model of transformer.2、Considering dynamic and variability of electrical equipment in economicactivities, based on the econometric theory analysis, by means of econometricstatistical package SPSS, Combined with multivariate linear regression fitting, settingup the modeling of investment cost which based on econometric theory. The model isfull of strictly standard of economic and practical significance.3、Based on the grey correlation degree analysis, Combined with the sensitivityof factors and key indicators in operation process of transformer, considered theinfluence of preventive maintenance and overhaul maintenance of the transformer,setting up the modeling of220kV transformer operation cost which based on the greycorrelation degree analysis.4、Considered the loss cost of220kV transformer which due to retire ahead ofschedule, the scrap disposal costs caused by the equipment in the process andpractical factors such as incomplete recovery, setting up the parameter scrap costmodeling.
