| China’s logistics industry is booming,with the development of China’s economy,as well as the proposal of "One Belt And One Road" strategy and the deepening of supply-side reform.As an important part of the logistics industry,logistics parks have set off an upsurge in the construction of logistics parks all over the country.The construction of railway logistics park plays a vital role in the transformation and upgrading of railway freight.It can provide high-quality services for all kinds of logistics enterprises,offer traffic volume for railway trunk lines and integrate existing transport resources effectively,which will make the best of railway transport,improve the efficiency of logistics network and reduce social logistics costs.And,the scientific and reasonable internal layout can improve the area utilization rate of the park,ensure the smooth operation process of the park,and improve the traffic connection and smoothness between the logistics park and other railway operation facilities.Referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper takes Xiuwen logistics park as an example to study the planning and layout of railway logistics park from the following aspects:(1)Researches are done on basic theories.The research background of this paper is analyzed from four aspects: economic development,"One Belt And One Road" strategy,supply-side reform,and current problems in railway logistics park.Then the paper elaborates the research significance of this paper from four aspects of the theoretical significance,practical significance,social significance and economic significance,namely the necessity and importance of the layout planning of railway logistics park.(2)This paper analyzes the layout planning and resource environment of Xiuwen logistics park,which is based on the survey data of the policy environment of railway freight reform,railway resource advantages of Xiuwen logistics park,surrounding economy and industrial environment of Xiuwen logistics park,and comprehensive transportation resources.From analyzation above,it arrives at the characteristics and layout forms of Xiuwen logistics park.(3)The data of freight volume of Jinzhong predictes the total freight volume,coal and coke freight volume and other freight volume of Xiuwen logistics park with multiple regression method,gray prediction method,trend extrapolation method and combination prediction method Besides,the freight sharing ratio of Xiuwen logistics park is designed and the freight volume of Jinzhong undertaken by Xiuwen logistics park is calculated.(4)The functional positioning and zoning model of Xiuwen logistics park are analyzed.Based on the calculation method of freight volume and functional area,the area of each functional part in Xiuwen logistics park was calculated.According to the SLP method,the five basic elements of the park were analyzed,and we got the park production operation process,which is the base of research on the logistic relationship,non-logistics relationship,comprehensive logistics relationship and integrated approach between logistics park functions.The relationships above are important basis of park area layout,which heips drawing the relative location map of each functional area.Furthermore,the relative location map will be modified according to the actual external railway(south Tong pu line,Tai Jiao Line)and the highway,geographical terrain conditions,inward and outward conditions.Taking Xiuwen railway logistics park as an example,this paper studies and formulates a set of scientific and reasonable layout planning scheme,which is of reference significance to the layout planning of similar logistics parks. |
