With the promotion of national economic development and policies,the volume of logistics business has increased sharply,and a large number of domestic logistics parks have sprung up.In order to meet the needs of aviation development,all localities take the construction of aviation logistics parks as an important measure to improve air transportation services.However,the construction of aviation logistics parks in China is in the exploratory stage.If blindly planned,the functional zoning of the parks will be unreasonable Problems such as non-standard layout not only cause a waste of resources,but also affect the later operation of the park.The establishment and development of the park can not only facilitate people’s life,but also promote local economic development,increase employment opportunities and promote economic transformation and upgrading.This paper establishes an aviation logistics park facing the whole country and even the world based on K City International Airport.Through the planning and design of the park,it can not only expand the business of K City Airport,but also provide ideas and references for the development and construction of other aviation logistics parks.Firstly,according to the current situation of air cargo and mail volume in K City,this paper puts forward the development needs and foundation of the park,discusses the necessity of park construction from social and business aspects,and uses SWOT to analyze the strategic positioning of the park,so as to determine the specific 12 functional zones of the park.Secondly,according to the generalized grey correlation degree,nine indexes affecting the freight and mail volume are listed.The pre measurement of relevant indexes in 2030 is obtained by using different forms of GM(1,1)model,and then the predicted value of freight and mail volume in 2030 is obtained by using GM(0,N)model,which provides the premise and basis for the subsequent calculation of relevant data in each functional area.Thirdly,through the predicted cargo and mail volume,determine the total park volume and the proportion flowing into each functional area,obtain the area of each functional area according to the proportion,use AHP to improve the weight of logistics correlation and non logistics correlation of SLP,and obtain the comprehensive correlation diagram.According to the closeness,from different angles,Three positional diagrams are drawn as alternatives.Finally,the three alternative schemes are analyzed from six different angles,and the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to finally come to the conclusion that scheme 3 is the best scheme.At the same time,according to the principle of convenient and smooth operation,the road traffic in the park is set to ensure the maximum traffic rate of the park,and on this basis,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the operation of the park. |
