Railway Logistics Park is an important logistics node in the region,which has the characteristics of large scale and long construction cycle.With the construction and development of China’s transportation,the proportion of railway transportation in logistics transportation stations increases year by year.Scientific layout planning of railway logistics park is of great significance to reduce the operation cost of the park and improve the operation efficiency of the park.At present,there are some problems in the layout of Railway Logistics Park,such as unreasonable layout,uncertain railway line planning,low operation efficiency.This thesis reviews the research literature from the three aspects of Railway Logistics Park,logistics park layout planning and railway logistics park layout planning,plus field research,and starts from the actual problems of X railway logistics park layout planning,and carries out the research on the theory and application of railway logistics base functional area layout planning:(1)The difference between railway logistics parks and traditional logistics parks is analyzed,and the problems existing in the current layout planning are identified,that is,the layout planning of railway logistics parks may involve the joint planning of railways and functional areas and Layout problems of railway logistics parks in multi-planning areas,and the research is carried out aiming at the layout planning of railway logistics parks with such characteristics.(2)In this thesis,the improved SLP method is applied,and the non-logistics factors of the SLP method are refined.In addition to the logistics cost as the goal,the road patency and land utilization are also added to the considered goals,and the aspect ratio is used as the constraint.It is modeled and solved using a genetic algorithm.(3)Taking the X railway logistics park as an example,the demonstration and analysis are carried out,and ten railway planning schemes are carried out according to the actual situation,and the restrictions on virtual functional areas and entrances and exits are added.Based on the results,the advantages and disadvantages of functional area layout under ten planning schemes are analyzed,and the rationality and applicability of relevant theoretical methods are verified in practical cases.
