Research On Logistics Park Planning And System Layout For Jinzhou Port

Port Logistics Park plays a pivot in comprehensive transportation system, it is the important node in the international transportation system and modern logistics system and it has some advantage with the development of modern logistics resource. Jinzhou City decides on port logistics park construction as the key development direction, it is the important measure of development strategy with "industrial sign city to port Xing City". Papers starts from Jinzhou port logistics system development of problems to be solved, it has made the plans for Jinzhou port logistics park planning and layout and it has important practical significance to strengthen Jinzhou port with its economic hinterland cargo transportation system planning and construction, and give full play to Jinzhou port resource advantage.Firstly, The thesis summed up the current Chinese port logistics park planning and layout the development and research of Jinzhou port situation, analyzed the existing problems in the development of logistics system, it makes the emphasis on Jinzhou port logistics park cargo throughput a historical data current situation analysis and forecast analysis, it has conducted a forecasting cargo throughput based from single forecasting methods (Curve predictive regression method,the grey forecasting method) and combination forecast model(curve regression and grey system combination forecast model), it gives the cargo throughput prediction of the future features years, it supports for logistic park's overall planning and layout provide data. Through comparing the single forecasting methods and combination forecast method of forecasting results, In this thesis combination forecast method is more one fold forecasting method, it improves the prediction precision and it is more suitable than single forecasting method for practical prediction.Secondly, the paper says that Jinzhou port logistics park puts forward "four dimensions" planning ideas in order to promote "5510 Engineering Construction" for the architecture of the overall planning principles. It includes that facing the distribution capability, facing the storage capability, facing the transportation organization function enhanced and facing the information service ability construction. This paper puts forward to Jinzhou port as the center, Panjint, Fuxin, Huludao, Chaoyang port and so on, supplemented by a comprehensive logistics service system, then it forms of different functional, mutually link logistic park, it can compare for each logistic park's overall function planning and capability plan. The article made the planning and research for network node—logistics center and logistics organization node—distribution center. Finally, this paper analyzes the corresponding development countermeasure and specific measures for Jinzhou port Logistics Park's construction and the future development. It provides reference for ports as traffic important strategic resources integration and function extension; moreover, it also gives relevant suggestions for Logistics Park to immigrate logistics enterprises macro decision.
