The Study On The Overall Urban Design Of Harbin From The Perspective Of Revival Planning

In recent years,the economy of northeast in old industrial zone is recessing,city spatial planning is relatively backward,the characteristics of city gradually disappearing,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued a clear implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the guiding ideology,principles and tasks and policy measures of response the Harbin City.The overall city design is the research object.Through the interpretation and study for the whole city renaissance design aiming at the northeast city of our country's predicament.Combined with the theory of City Renaissance,characteristics and research development of Har bin city on the contradictions and deep-seated reasons,hope that through the comprehensive revival by overall design effective implementation to Harbin,and in order to provide useful guidance for the development of China's city planning of the renaissance.The task of the overall urban design is to study and determine the overall layout of the urban space and establish the objective of the long-term visual image of the city in order to form a good urban space and the framework of urban culture.Harbin,as the capital of Heilongjiang Province,and the center of political,economic,cultural and transportation in the northeast,once became the largest commercial market,financial center,and even a famous international economic and Commercial City.However,Harbin is the old industrial base,with the decline of the old industrial base in the northeast.Now the problems of urban competitiveness and urban space decline,urban population loss and so on.It is an important issue in the next round of urban design.It should to coordinate the urban development with the economic construction in the context of maintaining historical and cultural conditions and combining the local specific space and development needs in Harbin.This also puts forward higher requirements for the overall urban design of the city.Starting from the relevant concepts,this paper first studies the domestic and foreign revitalization planning and the overall urban design situation,and puts forward the research methods and contents of the paper.In the related basic research,the related theories are reviewed,and the corresponding strategies of revival planning are put forward.The successful cases are summarized in combination with the domestic and foreign overall urban design achievements.Starting from the course of urban development and construction and urban design of Harbin,this paper puts forward the development,characteristics and shortcomings of urban design of Harbin,and formulates the direction of implementation and improvement,then formulates public survey design and questionnaire design analysis,and then gives feedback on the main problems of urban construction through field survey.In the fourth chapter,the author first summarizes the urban form and the protection and remodeling of urban characteristics,and makes a detailed study and Discussion on the five resurgence aspects of the overall urban design: urban humanistic renaissance,urban natural renaissance,urban space renaissance,urban economic renaissance and urban historical renaissance.Finally,based on the guideline of urban design and construction and the guideline of urban design zoning characteristic development as the basis of overall urban design planning strategy,the guideline and outline of overall urban design of Harbin are put forward,and the direction of design for the revitalized urban design of Harbin is defined,and the revitalized urban design for the following stages is issued.The exhibition provides a train of thought.
