The overhead contact wire is an important component of the metro system, which is directly related to the safety of the metro operation. The overhaul of overhead contact wire is different from the routine maintenance of ordinary construction projects and facilities. The overhaul projects usually have high risks as the maintenance work should ensure that metro operation will not be affected, with limited work time and space.Based on the theoretical achievements of metro engineering risk management and the characteristics of Shenzhen Metro overhead contact wire overhaul projects, the risk factors in overhaul projects are identified, their impacts on the projects are ranked, and risk response measures are proposed. The construction environment, management mode and special operation requirements of the Shenzhen Metro overhead contact wire overhaul projects are analyzed.Referring to the general classification method of metro engineering project risks, the risks of overhaul projects are classified into six types such as political risk, economic risk, construction risk and natural risk based on the source of risks, and these different types of risks are analyzed from the perspective of project management of the project owner.Based on risk analysis results and theoretical achievements on risks of the metro projects,a survey questionnaire on the risk indicators of Shenzhen Metro overhead contact wire overhaul projects was designed.By inviting project experts to mark the risks based on the probability of occurrence and the consequences of risk, and referring to the general principle of risk acceptance of engineering projects, the selected risk indicators are incorporated into the risk assessment indicator system.By using the AHP to rank the impact of each level of indicators in the system on risk management objectives, and the degree of correlation between the different levels of indicators, the result of risk assessment is ultimately obtained. An empirical study on the overhaul project in Xiangcheng section of the Shenzhen Metro Line 1 is conducted.According to the risk assessment process summarized previously, the risk assessment indicator system of the project is constructed by organizing the experts of the technical committee to examine and mark the risk indicators.AHP was used to evaluate the impact of each level of indicators on the project, and to choose between two different project implementation methods.Based on risk control, risk transfer and other principles of risk management, this piece of paper proposes the risk response measures on two key risks, namely, unreasonable technical solutions and illegal construction of personnel. The research on risk management of Shenzhen Metro overhead contact wire overhaul projects can be used as a reference for improving the management of overhaul projects and ensuring the safety of metro operation. |
