In order to alleviate the situation of urban traffic congestion,improve people's living environment and travel mode,many cities are planning and construction of a number of subway,subway construction project.The long construction period,large scale,complex technology and the risk factors of the urban subway project are difficult to avoid.The mechanical state of the dynamic construction process of subway is the change of mechanical properties,physical surroundings are changing,there are security many uncertain factors in the process of implementation,the complexity of subway project construction environment determines the high risk of the project.Therefore,the risk management and evaluation of the subway project is of great significance to control the risk of the project.In this paper,the Harbin Metro Line 3 project as research object,to explore the risk identification and evaluation of subway project.The first introduces the research background and significance of the project,the main research contents and methods.Then Harbin subway line 3 project risk factors identification.First of Harbin Metro Line 3 project overview,introduces the basic situation of project construction and organization;and then analyzes the risk and characteristics of the project,the project from the environment,finance,technology,progress,safety and quality analysis of source of project risk,to find out the risk factors of the project;finally the relevant risk management organization experts and representatives of the project participants on the project risk identification and analysis,identify the main risk list of Harbin Metro project.Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Harbin Metro Line 3 project risk.Firstly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process;according to the previous identification of project risk factors,select the of the evaluation index,construction of hierarchy structure model of risk assessment;and construction project risk evaluation matrix,the weight coefficient for each risk factor,comprehensive evaluation of the overall risk of the project.Then Harbin subway line 3 project risk coping strategies.The construction environment of the subway project is complex and changeable,the uncertain factors lead to the high risk of the project,the occurrence of the risk is objective and inevitable,so we must take some measures to deal with the risk.The Countermeasures of Harbin Metro Line 3 include the organization safeguard measures,the establishment of a sound risk emergency plan,the establishment of risk sharing mechanism based on the engineering insurance,and the sound risk monitoring and early warning mechanism.Finally,the research conclusion is summarized,and the main research work is summarized,and the imperfect aspects in the research process are pointed out.
