Research On The Improvement Of Design Management Of HG Company

HG is a manufacturing enterprise affiliated to HE,which is engaged in the supply of complete equipment for plant engineering.After more than 60 years' effort,HG gradually developed into the largest plant boiler manufacturing base in China.At the same time covering the field of the industry covers petrochemical,nuclear power,power station auxiliary equipment and military defense and other fields,products are exported to more than 20 countries.However,as an old brand of equipment manufacturing,HG is also faced with the market test of the fittest.With the growth of domestic economic have leveled off in recent years,social power consumption growth is slowing,and electric power industry blind explosive growth has led to the overcapacity situation of domestic electric power industry.In addition,the pollution environment of the thermal power emissions has led to the worsening of smog and the social problems have become more and more prominent.Thus the public's attention to thermal power has never been improved.Various reasons lead to a sharp contraction in the m arket for thermal power equipment,which is highly competitive.As a leading manufacturer of power plant equipment in China,HG is facing an unprecedented survival crisis.As an efficient management method,design management has been paid more and more attention.Internal excavation,external competition and design management are always the lifeline of the enterprise relating to many key factors of enterprise management such as product quality,enterprise cost and operation efficiency and innovation ability.Therefore,the most important task for HG is how to improve his design management.Based on the perspective in design management,this paper analyses the existing design management method of HG based on the entire process of product design,combined with the internal and external related functional departments to play a role in the design process to find out the shortcomings of existing design management in HG and its influencing factors.By doing this,the design process can be refined and systematic.With effective design management,the quality of product can be improved and the cost of product can be controlled.Also the enterprise operation is more efficient,and the innovation ability is strengthened.Thus,the core competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.
