| In all kinds of enterprises, especially in manufacturing enterprise, cost management is much more important. With the development of market economy in our country, cost management of manufacturing enterprise has been becoming strategy cost management from conventional product cost check and management control. Therefore, in-depth studying on cost management of manufacturing enterprise is of both theoretical significance and practical importance.Based on the review of scientific research from home and abroad on cost management system of manufacturing enterprise, cost management system of manufacturing enterprise is studied thoroughly and systemically in this thesis.Firstly, cost forecast is studied in this thesis. In this part cost forecast system based on market forecast is bring forward, and market is forecasted by NN optimized by GA and SA, based on which, cost is forecasted by the law of cost allotting. This method is much more precise than conventional one, by which cost forecast is directed by market.Secondly, cost decision making is studied. The fuzzy evaluation is employed for the system of cost decision making in this part, thus interior and exterior factors of the enterprise can be balanced when decision is made, so as to gain the social and economic maximum benefits. Enterprise's decision making of manufacturing and deal-in is always related to reasonable and available capital consuming, based on which, enterprise's dealing is optimized. But, the factors in the process are too much and difficult to be measured, so it is difficult to evaluate the project of decision making generally. Problem is solved effectively by this method.Thirdly, cost control is studied. Cost control system based on clients' leaning is bring forward in this part, further-more, Matrix Game is introduced into the system, and reasonable model is developed, and based on which, the cost can be not only controlled to rock bottom, but also clients' leaning can be assured.Furthermore, the instances of 3 parts above are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that these methods have lots of advantages: more reasonable model, optimistical arithmetic, more precise results, economic and social benefits are gained. |
