Research On Manufacturing Process Management System For Cable Enterprise

The research in this thesis is combined with the Science and Technology Key Industrial Project (Priority Project) of Zhejiang Province, "Research and Application of the Customer-Oriented Information System for Cable Enterprise". Based on the analysis of data cable manufacturing process, this thesis did a research on key problems such as production process tracking, manufacturing cost accounting and product quality tracking, then put forward the solution to integrate the information in data cable manufacturing process by establishing manufacturing process files, and eventually developed cable manufacturing process management system.Firstly, the research background, field and value are introduced, and the research in manufacturing process management, production procedure tracking, product quality tracing and manufacturing cost management both at home and abroad are also reviewed. Then the structure of this thesis is demonstrated.Secondly, based on the analysis on production process, quality process, manufacturing cost, manufacturing process information, the status and requirements for manufacturing process management in cable manufacturer, the requirements of cable manufacturer, for workshop manufacturing process management are expounded, emphasizing the requirements for standard record and integration of manufacturing process information through establishing manufacturing process files. In the end, the configuration of this research is put forward.Thirdly, the key issues and implementation technology of the workshop manufacturing process management for data cable companies are studied. As the basic, the solution for establishing manufacturing process files is researched, expounding the scheme based on the Bill of Lots theory. Then, the solutions for production procedure tracking, workshop manufacturing cost accounting and product quality tracing based on manufacturing process files are researched.Then the design and realization scheme for the workshop manufacturing process management system for data cable companies are studied. The general framework is introduced. And the design and realization process of the basic data module, manufacturing process files establishing module, and the sub-function modules based on manufacturing process files are demonstrated. According to study of key issues, a prototype system was developed after choosing a suitable development environment and the application examples are given.At last, conclusions and promising future research areas were drawn.
