The Improvement Of Long-cycle Planning Management In T Nuclear Power Plant Based On SNPM

Good planning at nuclear power plants can help optimize resource allocations in enterprises,improve equipment efficiency,and achieve higher performance of nuclear power operations.The Standard Nuclear Performance Model(SNPM)used in foreign nuclear power plants provides effective process management tools on nuclear power business,methods and objectives for the evaluation of process management,cost and performance,aiming to establish a standardized management process and operational model to promote standardized management of nuclear power enterprises and improve the performance of nuclear power operations.At present,many domestic power stations have tried long-term plan management,and achieved certain results,however TW Nuclear Power Plant is still applying the traditional "three-day rolling" model on its daily program management,making the change to adapt to the inexorable trend so necessary.The thesis learnt good practical experience from the industry,collaborated excellent power station management model at home and abroad,analyzed deeply the SNPM model.In the meantime,the thesis gets close with planning management problems in the actual production and operation of TW Nuclear Power Plant,and introduces the long-term plan management model that could help with the performance improvement addressing as follows: Firstly,establishing the long term planning management based on SNPM through the analysis of existing planning management system at TW Nuclear Power Plant and the match between the industry's optimal benchmarking model and the actual production plan of the power station,Secondly,setting up planning management process at each node and satisfying the requirements of each node in the long-cycle planning system through the optimization of work process management.Finally establishing a feasible plan management process to complete and improve the long-term plan management system.By combining the requirements to performance from domestic and foreign regulatory authorities and higher-level departments,referencing recommended indicators in SNPM,analyzing and establishing the performance evaluation system of long term planning model,adding indicators of long term management and control,assessing the operation performance of the long term planning management system,we come out with a set of long term planning management system in nuclear power which would be standardized and advanced globally,resulting in an improvement of operational performance among power plants.
