The Research And Application On Asset Lifecycle Management In Nuclear Power Enterprise Resource Planning

Nuclear power, a clean energy support capability resource, has become an important part of the strategy of the national energy. Nuclear power enterprise assets play very important roles in the construction and power generation. Asset is the source of enterprise benefit, and asset management will directly affect the enterprise’s operation and development. New concepts, new technologies and new management means should be introduced into the asset management of asset-intensive nuclear enterprise. Asset Lifecycle Management is the whole process of management of the entire lifecycle of the asset, and considers the planning and design of the corporate assets, construction, operation and maintenance, technological innovation and obsolescence. How to apply Asset Lifecycle Management to the asset management of nuclear enterprise has become the focus research of the current assets management.The research is based on the nuclear power ERP system, and makes it a goal that applies Asset Lifecycle Management to asset management of nuclear power enterprise. This paper puts forward an Asset Lifecycle Management solution, focusing on the period of construction production, to research the transition of asset information. The paper designed a data extraction system based on Web Service, realized the document data extraction subsystem and equipment data extraction subsystem, and then realize the document information and equipment information transfer from the project management system to the enterprise asset management system. This kind of data convergence reflects document information and equipment information lifecycle management. Data extraction system provides technical solution to fulfill the Asset Lifecycle management for other system. And the result of this paper has certain theoretical and application value.
