In this paper,the manufacturing process of nuclear detector is obtained through product analysis and theoretical calculation,then the project management theory and quality control method are used to guide the targeted experimental research.These research contents are an important part of the research and development project of a nuclear detector in the national defense pre-Research Fund.The main work and achievements are as follows.(1)Development status and trend analysis.Firstly,it analyzes the development and trend of project management theory at home and abroad,Then,the development status of the nuclear detector at home and abroad,the research units,the significance of the project and the main content of the paper are described.The basis and direction are provided for the theoretical design and feasibility analysis of the detector.(2)Project feasibility analysis.Firstly,the basic principle and method are introduced,Then,the technical specifications,working principle and basic structure of the detector are analyzed,Finally,according to the idea of combining simulation calculation with test verification,the preliminary manufacturing process scheme of the detector is proposed through product analysis and type selection demonstration.(3)Quality management method based on PDCA.Firstly,according to the process research and development practice,the key technical difficulties affecting boron coated detector are found,Then,the factors that affect the detector process are studied comprehensively,and the reason analysis of how to optimize the process is analyzed,Finally,through the investigation of the end causes one by one,the two main factors of boron coating method and thickness,working pressure and electrode spacing were confirmed,and effective countermeasures were put forward.(4)The feasibility of boron coating process is studied.Through a large number of process tests,the relevant parameters that affect the quality of the detector sensitive layer,the neutron sensitivity and consistency are solidified,thus the best electrode coating technology is determined.The feasibility of the process plan is analyzed from the aspects of the technology principle,the process test and the advanced nature and advantages of the technology.
