With the development of city construction, automatic doors are being widely used. As thecontrolling core of the automatic door, the automatic door controller determines its performance. Thisthesis designes a automatic door control system based on the MSP430f149mcu.By analyzing the structure and working principle of BLDC, in order to reduce the torque ripple,the system uses PWM_ON modulation and three phase full bridge driving mode. Futhermore, thestrategy of the control system was stated.For hardware system,it analyses and designs the system circuit, include power circuit, drivingcircuit, control circuit, protection circuit, control panel circuit etc, and have a research on the methodsof improving the electromagnetic compatibility.In the aspect of software design, besed on the system functional requirements in the practicalapplication, it designs the system program, include system initialization, door width parameterself-learning, the motion model of door, the extrusion prevention of door, drive control of motor,control panel and PID control algorithms in the idea of modular.The system uses speed and current double closed loop control algorithms to have a feedbackcontrol on the operating speed. The system establishing the platform of PID parameter tuning by thegraphical programming language Labview, to realize the PID control of optimum parameters.At last, through the test on the prototype of the automatic door, it can prove that this system hasreliable performance and easy operation, basically reached the the requirements of system design. |
