With the progress of the society and gradually advance of urbanization,the urban population growth is apparent and the subway plays a key role in easing the pressure of travel.Subway screen door separates platform and tunnel driving space which is conducive to create safety and ease of the traffic environment.The brushless dc motor has advantages in small volume,convenient maintenance,high torque and good features linearity and so on,as a result,it is usually the first choice of the drive motor in the subway door control system.Therefore,the study of brushless dc motor control system has a certain theoretical and practical engineering significance.First of all,this thesis has introduced the topic background and the research significance based on consulting relevant data and discussed the domestic and foreign research dynamic.Its internal structure,operation principle and speed regulating method of brushless dc motor are expounded at the same time.Secondly,based on the analysis of the existence of the advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy control and traditional PID algorithm which applied in the field of nonlinear control,this thesis has designed an improved fuzzy PID control strategy which combines the traditional PID control and fuzzy control.In addition,based on the motor mathematical model which has been created through relevant formula on the second chapter,this thesis has built the simulation model about the brushless dc motor of the improved fuzzy PID control system and completed a simulation by Simulink.Simulation result has shown that compared with traditional PID and fuzzy PID,the improved fuzzy PID control system has been no overshoot,fast response,and suppressed external interference effectively.Finally,according to the motor drive system performance requirements,this thesis has built a hardware experimental platform about the brushless dc motor screen door control system based on STM32F103 and designed the software of the control system at the same time.System hardware platform has mainly completed the module design about the microprocessor control and motor drive,including detection circuit of hall position signal,the power inverter circuit,protection circuit of optical coupling isolation,the control chip circuit,power circuit,current and temperature sampling circuit etc.The system software adopts the idea of modular structure and completes the programming by C language.The experimental results show that the screen door control system has high control precision,strong reliability,good speed regulating performance and has the very good practical value at the same time.
