Design And Architect Of Energy Metering Management System

The situation of energy consumption and utilization has a great impact on the operating costs of enterprises.It has become an inevitable trend to use advanced management means and technical means to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.For this reason,measuring instruments have been equipped according to the requirements of GB17167 in the early stage,and a three-level energy measurement and management system has been established.Due to the decentralized Settings of meters and process control systems,energy measurement data at all levels can only be displayed locally in each subsidiary.On national energy consumption of on-line monitoring system construction as an opportunity,also in order to realize the energy concentration monitoring,scheduling,this paper proposed a energy measurement management system,the system's main function is to make the energy metering data realtime,accurate and safe to write PI database,data released by the Web server,using the docking platform system will set the data uploaded to save energy consumption online monitoring platform.This paper introduces the realization of each subsystem function.System consists of data acquisition system,network,communication system,monitoring,management system,docking platform system four subsystems,the testing instrument of measuring data by 4-20 mA analog signals,GPRS wireless transmission and industrial Ethernet communication mode,transmitted to the DCS process control system,small SCADA system,monitoring management system,docking platform system.The development of monitoring management system relies on PI database system.This paper briefly describes the realization of data communication between PI system and sub-monitoring system by OPC and PI-API,emphatically introduces the configuration process of the system,and puts forward a security isolation measure between the system and sub-monitoring system.The hardware configuration and realization of docking function of platform docking system are introduced.Figure25;Table10;Reference 45.
