| With the development of economy and society and the increasing pressure of environmental resources in China,the situation of energy conservation and emission reduction is very serious.It is necessary to establish a set of perfect energy-saving evaluation system to test the completion of the energy-saving goal of the building.Monitoring and Management System of building energy consumption is a kind of energy consumption monitoring system that collects and comprehensively analyzes the energy consumption of water,electricity,gas,central heating,central cooling,and provides solutions.It has been widely designed in new and renovated buildings with energy-saving requirements.This paper details the architecture of Monitoring and Management System of building energy consumption,the design and construction of data collection and statistical function,analyzes the design requirements of Sub metering system of building energy,and through engineering practice,mainly discusses how to design a reasonable building power distribution trunk line from the perspective of building power distribution system in order to meet the requirements of classification and sub energy consumption data collection set demand.This paper explains the principle and function of the analysis data of Monitoring and Management System of building energy consumption,and through the annual energy consumption distribution map monitored by Monitoring and Management System of building energy consumption of a typical building,combined with the situation of the existing building,analyzes the causes of various energy consumption of the building,and puts forward the energy-saving measures that can be taken to reduce various energy consumption,and also discusses how to make full use of Monitoring and Management System of building energy consumption provides users with more efficient energy management and control methods.Finally,the energy consumption data of each building needs to be uploaded to the superior system management center of each province and even the country,providing the basis for the continuous revision of the subsequent green building decision-making,and promoting the further development of building energy conservation.At the end of the paper,the prospect of big data platform of building energy consumption system in the future is put forward.It is hoped that the building energy saving work in China will be more and more perfect. |
