This article discusses the network structure model in separate metering system of the large commercial building. By the comparison analysis of the different network structure in the field, the data can be acquired synchronously between local area network and wide area network to solve the stability, security and real time of the system. The energy staple model, which applied to establish the actual project, can be found by the survey and analysis of the office building electricity design and class of energy system step by step. According to requirement of model, some issues met difficult in actual project were discussed and solved one by one. Five kinds of energy staple were proposed, which are"the method of capacity proportion","the method of neglect for little energy","the method of direct staple for stabilization","the method of stall time","the method of characteristics for analysis", and verified with actual examples.The article founded the analysis frame for energy index applied to the energy staple metering system. The method of"crossing"will be Proposed in the system platform. That is said to transversely contrast the index of system performance, longitudinal analysis of device performance. The survey of energy consumption about 100 large office buildings was put in practice and the saving energy testing of 10 large office buildings were worked. The average annual energy consumption per unit area and the average monthly energy consumption per unit area were gained. Based on the measured results of the survey, some actual projects were established to analysis the index.The article has to choose 3 office buildings installed energy staple metering system to analysis energy consumption. After the detailed device and energy consumption listing for 3 office buildings were invested, the index of system performance was transversely contrast to look for the main lost energy factors, such as the installed capacity, running time and operating efficiency and so on. The energy consumption of air condition would be reduced by controlling the relevant factors or strategy.An office building in Shenzhen was analyzed for energy consumption by longitudinal digging. That is particular comparison for proportion of energy, index of device performance, and the way of lighting controlling. The method of"crossing", which is by the whole analysis firstly, the part diagnosis again, or firstly contrast transversely the index of system performance, then analyzed longitudinal for device performance, is approved in effect. The potential energy consumption can be digged ultimately in large commercial building. Finally, based on author'experience, the process of the entire project has been combed, founded a series of tables and the way which can check the data of collection in order to make scientification, rationalization and standardization of the whole project implementation.
