| The parking problem has become imperative to solve in our lives.The three-dimensional garage can get maximum parking chance with minimum footprint,effectively grapple with the parking problem.In this thesis,therefore,a three-dimensional mobile garage plane in Taiyuan is investigated and functions and requirements of the three-dimensional garage control system are analyzed.This thesis optimizes mainly in four aspects:Access strategy part: To address the issue of inefficient access during peak period in stereo garages,this thesis suggests an optimization algorithm based on a Stimulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm(SAGA),which tackles the trouble of poor global search capabilities of Genetic Algorithms(GA),optimizes operations of selection,crossover and mutation of Genetic Algorithm,and raises the efficiency of vehicle storage in three-dimensional garages.Through example simulation,the Validity of the algorithm in this thesis has been proven,and finally shows that SAGA is more available than GA in optimizing cargo space allocation.Hardware design part: The selection of electrical equipment is carried out by analyzing the control requirements of the plane mobile stereo garage.And designed the lift unit and the traverse unit of the plane mobile stereo garage,and carried out the design of the control circuit.The circuit designed in this paper has been applied to the latest generation of intelligent stereo garage.Safety detection part: Through the research on the safety detection method of the existing stereo garage,it is found that only using photoelectric sensors and limiters to detect the stereo garage cannot guarantee the safe and stable operation of the garage.The safety detection of the stereo garage is improved.The experimental results show that YOLOv4-tiny has higher accuracy and faster response speed than YOLOv3-tiny.At present,the system has been used in practical engineering.Software design part: The software design demands for plain mobile three-dimensional garage are analyzed and the import and export programs are created with the TIA portal.The design of the touch screen and the host computer monitoring interface adopts Win CC and C#based on the PLC program,and the PLC program part is simulated and debugged with TIA PLCSIM.The feasibility and scientificity of the stereo garage control program are verified by simulation. |
