Under the background of globalization, urbanization and regional integration, the economic level, spatial structure and landscape characteristics of cities have undergone tremendous changes. As the main carrier of urban spatial expansion, industrial district springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain have a great role in promoting the land use structure, spatial form and industrial development of cities and even metropolitan areas. The original intention of industrial district construction is to rely on the suburbs or peripheral towns to develop industry and then promote urban economic growth. However,in the process of construction,"heavy" industry "light" matching,"heavy" urban area "light" countryside,"heavy" individual "light" overall approach, resulting in the existence of dual structure in planning, system and other levels, thus resulting in the division of spatial structure,urban-rural contradictions and space.A series of problems, such as variation, are finally reflected in the uncoordinated development of space. Therefore, the spatial integration of industrial district and the realization of regional coordinated development have important research significance. This paper takes the Weibei Industrial District on the periphery of the Xi’an metropolis as the research object, and studies how to realize the optimization of its spatial layout in the context of globalization, regional economic integration and Xi’an metropolitan area construction, aiming to explore a coordinated development of urban and rural areas. The orderly development, sustainable development of the industry and the plan of ecological green development provide important theoretical references and practical references for the sustainable development of the metropolitan areas in China.Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts of Weibei Industrial District, the metropolitan peripheral areas and space integration, and makes a certain understanding and analysis of the regional and spatial conditions of Weibei Industrial District.Secondly, based on the relevant experience at home and abroad, this paper systematically analyses the spatial development process of Weibei Industrial District and Xi’an main urban area, and concludes that its spatial evolution process has four stages: independent development, peripheral development, marginal development and integration development. It also studies the spatial relationship between Weibei Industrial District and Xi’an main urban area in terms of time and space, transportation and industry, and analyses the lack of overall consideration of space development and the development of "non-linked" industries.Thirdly, through the combing analysis of the development process and characteristics of Weibei Industrial District,it is proposed that Weibei Industrial District has experienced four stages: isolated development, scattered development, decentralized development and cluster development, from which the factors,non-integration problems and reasons affecting the spatial development of Weibei Industrial District are analyzed. Finally,on the basis of the above analysis, the spatial integration of Weibei Industrial District is carried out from the regional and regional levels. At the regional level, the paper puts forward the strategy of docking the industrial space of Xi’an,integrating the ecological pattern of Xi’an and strengthening the regional transportation connection;at the regional level,it puts forward the spatial development mode as group development.According to the different situations of the three groups,it puts forward that Gaoling Group Industrial Zone and the urban area should be integrated and developed into a new city,Lintong Group Industry should lead the surrounding areas to form a new city and Yanliang Group Industry.Develop into a new city together with the urban area, and put forward the internal space integration strategy from the perspective of industry, infrastructure and ecology. And put forward the corresponding safeguard measures,so as to realize the sustainable development of Weibei Industrial District. |
