Analysis Of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Logistics Competitiveness

In 2017,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area officially became the national strategy,and the airport group in the Pearl River Delta will be built into a world-class aviation logistics hub.As an international business center and integrated transportation hub,Guangzhou has a very important position in the construction of the airport group in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau.As the only airport in Guangzhou,Baiyun International Airport will be developed into a mature world-class air cargo hub by the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Civil Aviation.However,against the international advanced hub airport,the aviation logistics level of Baiyun Airport is still weak due to the imperfect construction of logistics infrastructure and fierce regional competition.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the aviation logistics level of Baiyun Airport and build it into a world-class aviation hub.This paper first sorts out the domestic and international research on the competitiveness of airport aviation logistics,and basis on this,determines the concept and influencing factors of aviation logistics,and establishes logistics competition based on regional economic development,airport operational capability and aviation radiation capability.The evaluation system of force,using principal component analysis method,quantitatively evaluated logistics competitiveness changes of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport,Beijing Capital International Airport,Shanghai Pudong Airport,Hong Kong International Airport,Incheon International Airport,Singapore Changi International Airport,Los Angeles International,Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport from 2005 to 2017.The study found that: First,compared with other airports,Baiyun Airport's aviation logistics competitiveness is relatively inferior.Secondly,compared with itself vertically,Baiyun Airport's operational capacity continues to rise.Third,relative to regional economic development level,Baiyun Airport's logistics infrastructure and aviation logistics radiation capacity is even weaker.Finally,combined with the specific situation of Baiyun Airport,it is recommended to improve the infrastructure level,enhance the radiation capacity and operational capacity of aviation logistics to enhance the competitiveness of Baiyun Airport's aviation logistics.
