With the development of economic globalization and the innovation of science and technology,the life cycle of agricultural machinery products is getting shorter and shorter,and the market uncertainty is increasing.It has become an important issue for agricultural machinery production enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the market to survive and develop in China.As an important resource for enterprises to obtain competitiveness,material delivery lacking the intervals and batches standard of suppliers has always been a bottleneck restricting the production of agricultural machinery.The complexity of material distribution of suppliers has increased the difficulty of the standardization of supplier material distribution.It is the key to rapid response to market demand for enterprises.Therefore,researching on the material delivery interval and batch standard of supplier for agricultural machinery manufacturing has a great significance for agricultural machinery enterprises to improve the capability of rapid response to market demand.The lean material distribution of suppliers was proposed for two types of materials on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of supplier material distribution in agricultural machinery production,taking the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Considering the various constraints such as vehicle carrying capacity and inventory capacity,the model of delivery intervals and batches standard for the buffer parts was established to balance the distribution cost of suppliers and inventory maintenance cost of manufacturer,adapted to the demand of agricultural machinery production.The delivery batches and intervals standard of the buffer parts was determined by SIMIO simulation optimization.In direct circulation distribution model,a two-layer mathematical programming model corresponding to the rhythm of agricultural machinery production of the direct parts was constructed to calculate the delivery period and quantity.The distribution path was solved with the improved Dijkstra algorithm in the upper layer,and the standard of material delivery intervals and batches for the direct parts was determined with the order equalization in the lower layer.Based on the models and algorithms,the application software of material delivery intervals and batches standard was developed to verify practicability and effectiveness of material distribution the standard of delivery batches and intervals.It realized the standardization and lean material distribution for agricultural machinery manufacturing suppliers.The results of the research show that the model of the distribution intervals and batches standard for the buffer parts and the two-layer mathematical programming model of the delivery intervals and batches standard for the direct parts lay a theoretical foundation for realizing the standardization of material delivery intervals and batches of suppliers in agricultural machinery manufacturing.The application software of material delivery intervals and batches standard provides technical support for the standardization of suppliers' material distribution.This research has a certain theoretical significance and practical value for agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises to improve the capability of rapid response to market demand.
