With the increasing complexity of market condition and the changing customer demand,the drawbacks of mass customization are gradually emerging.The material distribution is an important part of the production operation,where the accurate and timely distribution of materials is related to the normal production.However,in the current production mode,the production plan is determined by the order.Moreover,the variation of customer demand leads to the frequent occurrence of emergency order insertion and order change.The frequent transformation of product types has resulted in more types of materials.In addition,due to the limited inventory at production lines,it cannot maintain the quantity of material,which causes the phenomenon such as equipment failure,production time deviation and lack of workers.As results,the material consumption of the production line is irregular,and more difficult as the reference to guide to deliver the material to the required station with the specified amount in the specified time.Material distribution optimization contains three aspects: material distribution operation mode,material distribution control method and material distribution route planning.The research of this thesis is to optimize the distribution operation mode and distribution route.First,due to the changes of material types in the production line,design material adjustment scheme,which is combined with the analysis of material distribution costs,establishes the optimal distribution quantity model of the material and calculates the quantity of materials deliverey when the total cost reaches the minimum according to the consumption of the material.Base on the dynamic changes of material consumption,a dynamic material distribution strategy is designed.Second,considering the requirements of material delivery time and material distribution route optimization problem boils down to a typical Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows(VRPTW),a material distribution route optimization model based on vehicle transport distance,vehicle usage number and station satisfaction is established.Additionally,combined with vehicle unit transportation cost,fixed starting costs,time penalty cost and multiple targets are converted into a single objective function in the route optimization model.The goal of model is to get the material distribution route at the lowest cost by using genetic algorithm.Taking the refrigerator mixed flow assembly line of TD Company as an example,the material distribution model established in this thesis is applied to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the optimal distribution quantity model and material distribution route optimization model.This paper has 22 figures,12 tables and 84 references.
