Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening up,China has been in a stage of rapid economic development,however,at the same time,many local governments due to political reasons,take the pie style development,which makes extensive use of land and causes agricultural land been broken,and lead to a series of social and environment problems.In general,the economic development of our country is through the sacrifice of ecology and food although this kind of development maybe the only choice for China at that time,However,at present,China’s economic strength has been far more than the one before the reform and opening up,and China’s economy has entered a new normal state,stable and sustainable development has become an important research topic in the current stage,China has put forward requirement to hold the red line of 1 billion 800 million mu arable land,so intensive land use has become inevitable.As for the traditional industrial city,due to ecological,technical and other aspects,are facing the problem of restructuring,so compared with other city,industrial city will face greater changes in land use,industrial structure and other aspects,if we don’t control it by insentive thought,urban transformation will encounter a series of problems.
