The Study About Industrial Management Of China Military Aviation Engine's Design And Development

At present,the international situation is complex.Based on the actual requirement of national defense strategy and social stability,the nation invested a lot of manpower and resources to promote the design and development of military aviation engine.Although it obtained certain achievements,comparing with developed western countries,the stability and quality of China military aviation engine lag far behind.In order to speed up development,the nation integrated resources to set up China Aviation Engine Group for promoting the perfection the industrial management system of China military aviation engine's design.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzed the concept,connotation,purpose and significance of the branch of design industry management in design management,and then comprehensively explains the content,purpose and significance related to the industrial management of design and development.Then,by means of comparative analysis,from the aspects of commercialized market,enterprise operation,industrialization status,management mode status and so on,the industrialization status of China's military aero-engine design and development is analyzed.Then,this paper makes a theoretical research on the industrial management of Chinese military aero-engine design and development by using the methodology of design management and explores the direction of market,industrialization and commercialization from the aspects of enterprise reform of management mode,market operation,design,research and development,manufacturing,commercial transport,product consumption and so on.At the end of this paper,combined with the analysis of the previous chapters,this paper summarizes the following five points on the value evaluation of the industrialization management of military aero-engine design and development in China based on the macro level: enriching military and civilian industries and national economy;promoting capability improvement of design and manufacturing;promoting the realization of military reduction policies;harmonizing and balancing international relations;accelerating progress from a major political power to a major cultural power.The paper emphasizes in the conclusion,with the increasingly intensified global market competition and the urgent development of industrialized management of military aero-engine design,the degree of industrialization and the development of relevant technologies determine the height that Chinese manufacturing can reach.It is also an important factor to judge whether the "Made in China 2025" strategy can be steadily promoted.
