Research On The Establishment Of Management Information System Of Aero Engine Maintenance In AVIC Hunan General Aviation Engine Co.,ltd.

AVIC Hunan General Aviation Engine Company covers three major businesses,aviation parts manufacturing,aviation product subcontract business and aero-engine maintenance.The organizational mode of aero-engine maintenance used to adopt new machine and repair machine mixed assembly line,which is separated with machining repair line.In recent years,with the rapid development of civil and military aviation,aero-engine maintenance industry has become a field with great economic benefits and strategic significance.In order to adapt to the development of aero-engine maintenance market and improve the market competitiveness,GAEC has established the Maintenance Repair Operating Center.This paper mainly introduces the actual problems and the current situation of management information system in the process of aero-engine maintenance in GAEC.Combined with the characteristics of frequent replacement of parts,difficult control of technical status,hard to decide the repair process and high recording requirements in the process of aero-engine maintenance,various acquisition methods are adopted to investigate and determine the information requirements of maintenance management.We develop a set of maintenance management information system with core business such as maintenance,repair and assembly management subsystem,and technical status control subsystem.In the maintenance system,auxiliary business is established,such as support module,operation and maintenance module,integration module.The system can manage the whole process of aero-engine maintenance,integrate with the existing ERP,PDM,TDM and other information systems to exchange data,and form the BOM of the whole machine after maintenance.At the same time,it can store the knowledge formed in the maintenance process,and finally output the complete digital resume of engine maintenance to form the Digital management mode,in which the whole process of engine maintenance management and technical status control are the core.Through the research on the construction of maintenance management information system,the introduction of international advanced management concepts and tools with the actual situation,the information-based management method is established in GAEC.The core competitiveness of the maintenance management mode is to shorten the maintenance cycle,reduce the cost,and improve the quality.At the meantime,it can be a set of replicable,portable aero-engine maintenance management mode.
