Supplier Performance Evaluation And Improvement Considering Risk Factor

With the increasing of market competition,the focus of enterprises competition was replaced by supply chains competition.As the begainning of the supply chain,supplier is in very important role.Using scientific method to evaluate and improve suppliers,selecting outstanding suppliers to cooperate,which have great significance in effective operation and enhance the overall interests of supply chain.First,the paper use questionnaire survey and analytic induction method to analyze the shortage of WAM supplier's management,from objective and subjective two aspects explore the causes of enterprise risk.Based on that,it combining with current supplier performance evaluation index system,pointing out existing problems.Refer the research of domestic and international supplier evaluation index system,combining with the WAM enterprises condition,integrate and create new WAM supplier evaluation index system,which is composed of 5 primary indexes and 20 secondary indexes,including risk factor,Using FAHP method to calculate the weight of each index,meanwhile,for each index establish quantitative or qualitative score benchmark,those are different from the previous unified score,which is more easy?accuracy and scientific.In addition,in supplier performance improvement aspects,focus on the object selection of supplier performance evaluation,the object classification of performance improvement,key performance control,risk control,performance motivation and reevaluation e.g.,optimize implementation of WAM supplier performance improvement.Though the case analysis of WAM enterprise,using the performance score and index weights to compare performance fuzzy score for four supplier,refer the performance improvement and risk control methods to improve suppliers performance,in next quarter,the reevaluation results show that the overall performance are improvement,it has been proven effective solution in the performance improvement,providing a scientific and feasible solution to provent supplier risk and improve performance.
