| Supply chain competition has become the top priority of the current enterprise competition.Through supply chain management,the management performance of enterprises can be significantly improved,the waste of resources can be reduced,the circulation efficiency of each link can be improved,the inefficient competition can be reduced,and the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises can be greatly enhanced.In the supply chain of enterprises,supplier management is the first step.Good supplier management can improve the efficiency of subsequent management steps,reduce the operation cost of enterprises,and directly improve the position of enterprises in the market competition.This paper discusses the value of supplier management in the context of current market competition,and fully introduces the basic theories of supply chain management.Starting from the current situation of supplier performance appraisal in company C,this paper explores the problems existing in supplier performance appraisal.By investigating the current situation of supplier performance appraisal in company C in the form of questionnaire,it finds out the main problems existing in supplier performance appraisal The evaluation index system is not perfect,the index is cumbersome,and the implementation cost is high.Based on the perspective of supplier assessment,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems.Combined with the actual situation of C company,firstly,the evaluation index of local small and medium-sized suppliers is extracted through literature research,and finally determined by the department head and the representatives of local small and medium-sized suppliers;After the expert opinion survey,the karajak model is used to classify the local small and medium-sized suppliers,and the improved index weight is determined;Secondly,according to the actual situation of local small and medium-sized suppliers,the nine level classification of suppliers is constructed,and the corresponding reward and punishment rules are determined;Finally,it introduces the application of the improvement scheme of local small and medium-sized suppliers evaluation.The paper conducts performance test run on the surrounding representative local small and medium-sized suppliers,and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.The improvement scheme proposed in this paper provides a feasible standard for C company to scientifically assess and evaluate suppliers,which can not only improve the efficiency of supplier assessment,but also effectively reduce the cost of supplier management.It can form a relatively perfect supplier performance evaluation mode,build a competitive product supply team,establish a long-term strategic partnership with local small and medium-sized suppliers,upgrade and optimize supplier resources,timely eliminate unqualified suppliers,better support supply chain management,and lay a solid foundation for the future competition of enterprises. |
