Asphalt warm mix technology is an emerging green road construction technology.By adding additives,the asphalt mixture can be mixed and constructed at a lower temperature,and at the same time,it can reach or approach the technical performance of ordinary hot mix asphalt mixture.Energy saving.From the current development,warm mix technology has broad application prospects.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have made many achievements in the research of warm mix modifier development and warm mix asphalt performance.However,there are few researches on the evaluation method of asphalt warm mix performance.Therefore,the focus of this thesis is to propose a systematic evaluation of asphalt warm mix.Technical method of performance.Based on the mechanism of warm mixing,considering the influence of warming agent on asphalt and asphalt mixture,three methods for evaluating the temperature mixing performance of asphalt are proposed,namely the viscosity temperature curve method,the mixing power method and the variable temperature compaction method.The principle,evaluation indicators and scope of application of each method.The paper selected five kinds of asphalt(70# matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,Evotherm warm asphalt,ACMP-1 warm asphalt and ACMP-2 warm asphalt)for related tests to test the asphalt at different temperatures and different speeds.Brinell viscosity,the viscosity temperature curve is drawn in semi-logarithmic coordinates,and the warm-mixing effect of warm mixed asphalt is evaluated by using the same viscosity idea;the five kinds of asphalt mixture are tested at different temperatures by using the "speed shifting test" developed by the research group.Mixing active power at different mixing rates,plot P~V in semi-logarithmic coordinates,and then determine the mixing temperature of different asphalt mixtures when the same mixing viscosity is reached,so as to evaluate the warm mixing effect of warm mixed asphalt;The mixture was subjected to variable temperature compaction test,and the relationship between different initial compaction temperature and compaction degree was obtained,and the compaction temperature of different asphalt mixture was determined when the same compaction degree was reached,so as to evaluate the warm mixing effect of warm mixed asphalt;Five kinds of asphalt mixture have high-temperature stability,lowtemperature crack resistance,water stability and other road performance.The research shows that the viscosity temperature curve method,the mixing power method and the variable temperature compaction method can evaluate the warm mixing performance of asphalt.The corresponding evaluation index,temperature difference calculation formula and applicable range are proposed.Evotherm warm mix asphalt and ACMP-1 warm mix are recommended.Asphalt and ACMP-2 warm mix asphalt are used in construction temperatures for engineering use.
