In the process of highway construction in China,the application of asphalt mixture is the most,because the asphalt concrete pavement makes the driving more comfortable and easy to maintain,but the asphalt concrete pavement has certain defects,which will lead to the phenomenon of high energy consumption and high pollution in the construction process.Normally using the mixture of asphalt concrete pavement is usually hot mix asphalt mixture,the mixing temperature up to 175 ? is even higher,as a direct result of high energy consumption,waste emissions,and will produce a lot of harmful gases,dust particles,which cause serious damage to workers' health.Warm mix asphalt mixture,as a newly launched asphalt mixture technology,its application range continues to expand,and people in the industry favor and pay attention to,warm mix asphalt mixture can greatly reduce the construction temperature of mixture,thereby reducing environmental pollution and harm to workers' health.This paper mainly describes the research and development of warm mix asphalt,that is,independent research and development of mw-1 type warm mix agent;Study on mixture ratio design of warm mix asphalt;Experimental study on properties of warm mixed asphalt mixture;And the application of warm mix asphalt and road performance test.Test using A,B,C,D four wax base organic matter with 90 # asphalt matrix in particular temperature molten mixture,through test on brinell viscosity of 80 ? to 140 ?,polymer modified asphalt segregation experiment,three indicators)and its evaluation,to filter what kind of organic compound as main agent temperature mixing agent,finishing with temperature test with mixed agent.Marshall test,asphalt aging test,stability test and high-temperature track test were used to complete the study on the performance of warm mixed asphalt.The mw-1 type warm mix agent developed in this paper,combined with a variety of active and high molecular weight organic amine,can improve the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.Even under the low temperature environment,it can make the asphalt mixture effectively mix.Compared with the hot mix process,the heating temperature of stone material is reduced,energy saving and smoke emission reduction is obvious.The reasonable composition of warm mix asphalt and warm mix asphalt mixture was determined.The reasonable proportion of warm mix asphalt mixture was determined.And the production of warm mix asphalt mixture temperature were determined in 105-135 ?,pressure temperatureis 90-105 ?,at the beginning of the end pressure with 60-90 ? temperature,through test research,to guide the production and construction directly.
