As the part of power grid construction,the location of transmission and transformation project is reasonable or not,will not only relates to the economic benefits of grid eventually,will also contribute to the load stability,power quality,efficiency and even greatly affects the local economy.And it can also reduce line losses.Thus,it brings greater social benefits.The location of transmission and transformation project plays a decisive role in power system network structure.This paper expounds the content of site selection of power transmission and transformation project belongs to the industrial engineering in the related research content of engineering economics.Through the study of the location of transmission and transformation project,not the relevant theoretical knowledge of engineering economics can be applied to practice,but provide a reference for the location of the power transmission and transformation project evaluation.Therefore,the research of locations of the power transmission and transformation project as the object to study has a certain practical significance.After the location of power transmission and transformation project is selected as the research object,this paper introduces the related theory of site selection of power transmission and transformation project in engineering economics,such as the basic principles of the location of transmission and transformation project,the specific siting process,the factors which influence the location of transmission and transformation project,the risks of the location of transmission and transformation project and so on.On the premise of the above analysis,the evaluation index system of the location of Dong Su Country in Xilin Gol League is designed.By means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and triangular fuzzy AHP evaluation methods as introduction,points out the rationality of its application in engineering site selection,which can be used in the location of Dong Su Country in Xilin Gol League of 220 kv power transmission and transformation project to evaluate.Finally taking the location of Dong Su Country in Xilin Gol League of 220 kV power transmission and transformation project as the basis,the level 2 index weight of siting of 220 kV transmission and transformation project of Dong Su Country in Xilin Gol League was determined,followed by level 3.Then,the method of triangular fuzzy number is applied to compare each indicator elements in transmission and transformation project.On the basis of it,the partial weights are calculated.Through the study,it is concluded that the site selection of 220 kV transmission and transformation project of Dong Su Country in Xilin Gol League is in conformity with the actual situation,the theory of engineering economics is applied to the practice as well.It provides a new way of method for selection of power transmission and transformation project research.
