Study On Functional Combination And Spatial Organization Of Core Area Of Elevated Station On Ma On Shan Line

In the selection of elevated route laying methods,the main reason for the “Mainly underground and Lightly on the ground” phenomenon in many cities in China is the lack of understanding of the elevated rail transit lines.It is general y believed that the elevated routes have a far-reaching impact on the surrounding environment and land value.The development brought by rail transit has facilitated the construction and operation cost of China's rail transit.Therefore,this paper takes the urban space of the core area of the rail transit elevated station as the research object,and combines the stations along the Ma On Shan line in Hong Kong as an example to study the urban space in the core area based on functional layout and spatial organization.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: Based on the existing research on the theory and practice of the core area of the rail transit elevated station,the current situation of the selected core area along the Ma On Shan line is analyzed,and the future development trend is forecasted;The second part: combing the development history of Hong Kong's new towns according to the timeline,and summarizing the links between rail transit and new town plans and the development of new towns and rail transit in Ma On Shan;The third part: Firstly,the analysis of the functional layout of the core area along the Ma On Shan site is mainly studied from two aspects: functional composition,functional combination mode.Secondly,in the analysis of the core area spatial layout,the core area is analyzed.The inner space is divided into point space,wire space and surface space,and its spatial form is summarized,which has scatter distribution,linear extension and circle diffusion;The fourth part summarizes and summarizes the relevant experience of urban space in the core area of the station along the Ma On Shan Line in Hong Kong,with a view to providing some guidance and reference for the construction of the core area of the future rail transit station in China.
