| In order to solve the problems of urban development and traffic in Xiamen,a traffic system with BRT as the main framework of public transport has been put forward in Xiamen.Xiamen BRT is an alternative to rail transit.Most of its sections are elevated and the technical conditions for upgrading rail transit are reserved.At present,Xiamen has begun the construction of urban rail transit system,and urban construction has already entered the late stage of urbanization.The renovation and upgrading of BRT will become an important issue,and the station renovation will bring new opportunities to the development of its surrounding urban areas.Therefore,this paper takes the urban design of Xiamen BRT / track elevated station core area as the research topic.This paper studies the core areas in different levels from macro,meso and micro perspectives.Firstly,it studies the optimization of the functional layout of the core area;on the basis of summarizing the current situation and comparing the advanced cases at home and abroad,it obtains the functional layout pattern by clustering analysis with SPSS,and then puts forward specific optimization methods.Secondly,it studies the construction of urban base in core area;investigates and analyses the ground base,underground base and air base separately,and puts forward the concrete construction method of each type of urban base by exploring advanced cases at home and abroad and combining the characteristics of Xiamen BRT;thirdly,it studies the integration of urban elements in core area;after defining the integration needs of urban elements,it will check.The integratable elements in cardiac region are classified into four categories,and each type of integrative elements is carefully analyzed.Then,combined with the case,the appropriate integration method is put forward.Finally,three different types of stations,Lianbang Station,County Back Station and Douxi Road Station,are selected to study the urban design practice of their core areas and give specific design schemes. |
