In the context of increasing energy,the urban rail viaduct as a new form of construction,the different regions have carried out a series of energy-saving strategy research.This paper draws on the existing research results at home and abroad,and explores the energy saving strategy of the enclosure structure of Guangzhou city rail viaduct.The main work of the paper includes the following aspects:(1)Survey and summarize the characteristics of Guangzhou City Railway elevated station hall,including the type of elevated station,the direction of the station,the form of the hall,the ratio of the window wall area,the openable area of the external window,the material of the outer window,Beer station for thermal and light environmental testing,verify the applicability of the CFD,Ecotect simulation method.(2)Orthogonal analysis of the influencing factors of air conditioning energy consumption in the station hall is carried out.The important factors of the influence of energy consumption on the energy consumption of the station are as follows: Coefficient> external wall heat transfer coefficient> roof heat transfer coefficient> external wall radiation absorption coefficient.The smaller the thermal coefficient of the sun,the lower the energy consumption of the air conditioning quarter,the more comfortable the human body in the transitional quarter hall;the smaller the window wall area ratio,the lower the energy consumption of the station air conditioning season,the more comfortable the transition season,But when the wall than the wall of less than 50%,indoor natural lighting failed to meet the specifications,comprehensive consideration,should use 50% of the window wall area ratio;open fan effective ventilation area and window area ratio R greater,transition season station The more comfortable the human body feels,when the window and wall ratio is 0.5,the R value reaches 50%,then increases the effective ventilation area,the thermal sensation change is not obvious;the greater the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window,the lower the energy consumption of the air conditioning season.The larger the heat transfer coefficient of external wall and roof,the smaller the absorption coefficient of external wall,the lower the energy consumption of air conditioning season,but the less affected.(3)Guangzhou City Railroad elevated station has the advantage of using solar power.Combined with the main features of the Guangzhou elevated station,according to a elevated station design program to establish photovoltaic power generation model,the roof can be installed capacity of 282.88 kW;meet the requirements of indoor lighting regulations,combined with the east and west shade set the total installed capacity of photovoltaic panels For the 652.08 kW,roof and east-west shade blinds average annual generating capacity of 374,200 kWh.If the policy incentives,in the roof of the deployment of photovoltaic cells program recovery cycle of 9 years,if failed to obtain incentives,recycling cycle for 15 years;in the east and out of the sun shade laying photovoltaic cell economy is poor,with or without incentives,Can not be recovered within 25 years.Roof of the first year of photovoltaic power generation and the same roof area of the elevated station 2014 to 2015,the average proportion of electricity consumption is about 26%,energy-saving effect is remarkable.In this paper,the field of field measurement,mechanism analysis and numerical simulation and other means of analysis,analysis of Guangzhou area elevated station station energy-saving design strategy for the follow-up elevated station design to provide a reference.
