| Along with the continuous development and progress of economy,modern people’s understanding of medical concept is more and more profound.The renewal of medical concept has led to the introduction of quite a few functions such as recuperation,rehabilitation and education scientific research on the basis of the original function.Our countries’ new modern comprehensive hospitals could reduce consulting hours by some the informational ways to a certain extent.However,these methods still can’t speed up the improvements of the medical efficiency fundamentally.At the same time,along with the demand of the medical staff and patients for the working environments and curing environments.Some earlier construction of comprehensive hospital need do some update for its interior space environment to adapt itself to the requirements of the user’s behavior.General hospital in the original design just takes into account the situation at that time,did not think of the future development of the new changes.Due to the limitations of the existing model,the new facilities were not coordinated with the departments.The design concept of efficiency supremacy still runs through the architectural design of modern general hospital.The designer fails to take into account the needs and convenience of doctors and patients for hospital facilities,which runs counter to the modern "humanized" design philosophy.Through understanding the development of medical architecture in the period of modern architecture,the author generalizes various design patterns in the development of medical architecture from books and related literatures.At the same time,the selection of contemporary excellent general hospital case analysis,through the questionnaire form from the understanding of general hospital in our country the status quo,on the breadth of general hospital and according to the existing problems for the site survey,finally summarized the "doctor-patient behavior characteristics and the related behavior demand,combining the theory of architectural design and related behavior,respectively from the macro dimension layout,medium traffic flow line organization and internal space facilities and environment in the micro level,put forward the corresponding comprehensive hospital space optimization strategy.In the course of the internship,the author participated in the implementation of the outpatient building project of the affiliated hospital of Beihai city,Guangxi province,and proposed the design strategy based on the article,and finally guided the optimization of the pre-project plan.For the reason that the complexity and uncertainty of space are the biggest problems in the design of medical architecture,medical architecture becomes a special type in public buildings.The author hopes to provide some references for the optimization of existing hospitals and the design of future hospitals by optimizing strategies at all levels. |
