Industrial Design Of Precast Concrete Component Production Line

As China enters a moderately prosperous society,people’s demand for residential quality and functionality has increased.At the same time,the urbanization process requires standardized,fast and high-quality modern assembled building technology.In this context,prefabricated assembly building has become a major trend of residential industrialization.Prefabricated assembled building is a form of building formed by assembling and connecting precast concrete components(PC components for short)and supplemented by partially cast-in-place concrete.It can ensure the high efficiency and high quality of residential construction.Based on the development project of prefabricated component production line of Drawin Group,this thesis is an innovative research on the industrial design of the appearance and function of PC component production line in the context of the national vigorous promotion of assembly-type construction,and has completed the design practice.The main goal of the project is to analyze and study the products of high-end equipment manufacturing production line,summarize and condense the highlights of appearance and function design of precast component production line industry,find the breakthrough point of industrial design innovation,enhance the overall competitiveness of this project design,and create a benchmark product of PC component production line.The research process of the thesis mainly uses desktop desk research,literature review,expert review and other qualitative research methods,and the main work is divided into four stages.In the first stage,the thesis investigated the current product status and development trend of the domestic and international assembly building industry and PC component industry,analyzed the basic situation,product portfolio and appearance style of the main competitors,combined with the research on the current status of the enterprise PC component production line,and proposed the technical route of design and development with the enterprise brand concept as the starting point.In the second stage,the overall design concept of the PC component production line of Drawin Group was created by adopting the combination design of flexibility and modularity,humanization and ergonomics in process and functional design.In the third stage,through the analysis of color design concept and the selection of modeling imagery,as well as the combination of corporate brand concept,the appearance design scheme of PC component production line was completed after several revisions and iterations.In the fourth stage,a digital model is constructed for the design scheme,and finally the physical production,construction,assembly and commissioning are realized to complete the upgrading of the production line.Finally,summarize the process efficiency issues and design difficulties during the project,and look forward to the future direction of continuous optimization.Through the project design practice,the product image construction of equipment,production line,plant,and corporate image synergy and unity has been realized to enhance the corporate image;a flexible and modular prefabricated component production line has been created to meet the multi-species and personalized market demand;the project design objectives have been accomplished to provide some new ideas and methods for the industrial design of production line of prefabricated component enterprises and help the prefabricated assembly building industry to better faster development.
