As an important continuous conveying equipment in modern logistics industry,belt conveyor has an irreplaceable position in the transportation industry.With the continuous development of market demand and the continuous growth of transportation efficiency,long-distance,large-volume,high-belt speed and other types of conveyors have become a trend and have been gradually popularized.In order to respond to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,it is necessary to solve the problem of energy consumption of belt conveyors.Because the conveyors consume a lot of energy to overcome the running resistance during the operation,the research on how to reduce the running resistance has been the focus of experts and scholars.Running resistance mainly consists of main resistance,additional resistance,special resistance and lifting resistance,among which the main resistance accounts for the largest proportion.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out sensitivity analysis and research on the influencing factors of main resistance in the main running resistance,and find out the rules to provide a basis for reducing the running resistance.On the basis of the senior fellow apprentice’s research,this subject takes the main resistance of the belt conveyor as the research object,respectively perfects the theoretical research on the indentation rolling resistance of the belt conveyor,the bending resistance of the belt and the crushing resistance of materials,and the experimental research of the indentation rolling resistance of the belt conveyor and the main running resistance of the belt conveyor.Its specific contents are as follows:(1)The indentation running resistance of the the belt conveyor’s main resistance.Firstly,the indentation rolling resistance of belt conveyor is studied theoretically,and the influence rule of different factors on the indentation rolling resistance is obtained through numerical simulation.Secondly,a professionaltest bench for the indentation rolling resistance testing system of the belt conveyor was built to test the influence of different factors on the indentation rolling resistance,and the influence rule of different factors on the indentation rolling resistance of the belt conveyor was obtained.Finally,the theory and experiment are mutually verified.(2)The belt bending and material crush resistance of the the belt conveyor’s main resistance.Firstly,on the basis of large deflection,the orthotropic plate mechanics is used to establish a micro unit model for the conveyor belt;The partial differential equation of deflection W and compatibility equation of stress function are obtained.Then,the conveyor belt grid is divided,and the differential equations at each node are discretized into algebraic equations by combining the finite difference 13-point difference method with the conveyor belt model.Combining with the specified boundary conditions,the correlation matrix is constructed by MATLAB,and the deflection value of each node is obtained by iterative solution.Through the deflection W and the conveyor belt bending resistance and material extrusion rub resistance related theoretical formula,using MATLAB programming to obtain the conveyor belt bending resistance and material extrusion rub resistance.Finally,different factors are used for numerical simulation to sensitivity study analyzes its change rule.(3)The main resistance of belt conveyor.In this paper,the main resistance of the belt conveyor by superimposing the various resistance,the main resistance of the belt conveyor calculation expression,and then build a professional belt conveyor main resistance testing system,test and obtain the main resistance of the belt conveyor under different working conditions;Finally,through MATLAB programming,the influence rule of different factors on the main resistance of belt conveyor is obtained.
