Performance appraisal is a long-term systematic work,which can not only evaluate the performance of employees in a certain performance period,but also innovate and continue the structure of employee motivation.It is the core link in the process of enterprise human resource management.In recent years,the related theories and methods of performance evaluation have been widely concerned by the managers in China,which has effectively promoted the enthusiasm of employees in work.HL Company is a medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprise.The company covers a total area of 500,000 square meters,with more than 500 sets of precision CNC processing,large-scale mechanical stamping and welding equipment,total assets of 1.2 billion Yuan.Domestic mainly for FAW Automotive Company,FAW-Qingdao automobile liberation,Shanghai-GM Dongyue automobile Co,Dongfeng Motor Corporation,Beijing automotive,Beijing Mercedes-Benz cars and other manufacturers to produce supporting products and provide related services.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of performance assessment of research personnel in HL Company,this paper reconstructs a specific performance assessment system based on the current situation.Through the analysis of the performance assessment objectives,assessment basis,assessment subject,assessment content,principle,assessment process,assessment cycle and application of assessment results,the performance assessment of research personnel is reconstructed.In addition,it provides new ideas and measures for HL Company to continuously explore methods suitable for its research personnel performance assessment system from the aspects of improvement of the application effect ofassessment results,optimization of assessment system,establishment of assessment philosophy,assessment system and assessment personnel training.At the same time,it also provides reference for related enterprises to carry out employee performance appraisal.In the end,the author puts forward the prospect of the performance appraisal system for the research personnel of HL Company,hoping that the performance appraisal system for the research personnel of HL Company can play a role in promoting the leapfrog development of HL Company.
