High and new technological enterprises are mainly engaged in high-tech-related activities.They are in the middle and high end of the industrial chain,with independent intellectual property rights and proprietary technologies,with fast development and strong innovation capabilities.The high dependence on talent is a distinctive feature of technology-based high and new technological enterprises,in their human resource strategy,equity incentive plan is the main way to attract talent and retain talent.We selected a national high-tech enterprise VG company,a leading enterprise in China's high-tech manufacturing segment,as a research object.The case of the talent employee incentive program can't be implemented,in-depth analysis of the motivation,content in the equity incentive plan.Through the analysis of VG's development strategy plan,the management entropy mathematical model is combined with the enterprise strategic goal to get the new performance assessment index,which can be used incorporation with personality performance,as vesting conditions.Then optimize the incentive platform to choose the incentive targets,select the appropriate incentive model,and improve the right conditions,based on establishing the scientific performance system in the re-form a reasonable equity incentive plan.It is hoped that through the full implementation of the equity incentive plan,the company's corporate governance structure will be further improved,the principal-agent relationship will be rationalized,the human capital property rights will be respected,and the ability of enterprise innovation and collaboration will be stimulated to lay a good management foundation for the next stage of the company's rapid development.
