Research On Progress Control Of Zhongruixingshangcheng Project

Project schedule control is an important part of modern project management research,project schedule control directly affects the realization of the target,and it is related to the economic benefits of the project and the next development trend.Controlling project schedule management is the key to a successful project.In the specific practical operation process,the progress control of engineering project management will be affected by many unstable factors,therefore,how to apply the relevant theory of project schedule control to the project construction practice is a topic worthy of in-depth discussion.This paper selects the second phase project of Zhongruixingshangcheng Community as a research case,and analyzes from the perspective of actual progress control,through the study of the specific schedule control management mode of the second phase project of Zhongruixingshangcheng Community,we can effectively sort out all aspects of project schedule management,and then discover the shortcomings and constraints,sum up experience and learn lessons,provide useful reference for the implementation of progress control of other engineering projects in the future,and guide the project schedule control to further adjust and improve.This paper first analyzes the current construction progress of the second phase of Zhongruixingshangcheng Community,introduces the basic situation and engineering characteristics of the project,clarifies the realistic goals of project schedule control,and grasps the main factors affecting the delay of the project schedule.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of the second phase project construction of Zhongruixingshangcheng Community,through the current progress control plan of the Zhongruixingshangcheng project,establish project management system and responsibility decomposition,use WBS to achieve project objectives and work breakdown,review the bill of quantities,determine the sequence of work and the duration of each operation,and compile the Gantt chart,network planning,key road map of the progress plan of Zhongruixingshangcheng project,and analyze.Thirdly,study the implementation of the project schedule of the community,focus on the dynamic cycle control process of this project,use the earned value analysis method to check the project schedule,In-depth analysis of the current status of specific deviations at the current stage,focusing on the optimization measures to achieve schedule control.Again,it analyzes six aspects of organizational security,capital security,manpower security,material and equipment security,technical security,and security assurance,and clarifies that multi-faceted safeguard measures are provided during the whole process of project schedule control.Finally,the implementation results of the project schedule control are summarized.
