Although heavy truck industry is very big,but the competition is extremely intense,bristly giant,industry pattern basically finalizes the design.XQ as a newly-emerging industry has made some progress,but still exist,such as resource,management extensive,positioning is not clear,strategy formulation is not scientific and so on,these to do strongly does to its long-term development goals formed,how for XQ company in the fierce market competition to obtain high quality development,formulate scientific development strategy is necessary,so as to seek a new innovative ideas for large manufacturing,and the future development strategy to provide the reference for other enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the external macro environment of XQ through PEST model.The sales volume of heavy truck is analyzed and predicted by qualitative and quantitative methods.Then,according to the requirements of porter's five forces model,it analyzes the competitors,potential entrants,users,suppliers and substitute producers in detail,and determines the external opportunities and threats.Using EFE matrix method to analyze the overall attractiveness of heavy truck industry;By analyzing the internal factors,the advantages and disadvantages of XQ are analyzed,and the advantages of XQ are determined by IFE matrix method.Develop alternative strategic plans through SWOT matrix;By using QSPM matrix method,the development strategy combination that XQ should adopt is SO growth strategy and WO twist strategy.Decompose the overall strategic objectives and elaborate the sub-strategies of XQ from the aspects of organization,talents,products,finance,investment and marketing.Finally,the implementation steps of the strategy are described.
