With the rapid development of the economy,the total energy consumption has increased rapidly.In 2019,Building energy-saving work in Anhui Province demands green buildings to account for 45% of new civil construction area,and promotes energy-saving renovation of existing buildings.Simple measures should be taken to promote energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in the province according to local conditions.Natural ventilation as a ventilation way to reduce building energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter areas is widely used.Therefore,by studying and clarifying the energy-saving effect of ventilation on the whole building,more appropriate energy-saving renovation measures are taken to analyze the building energy-saving potential according to the building energy consumption under different ventilation conditions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the situation of ventilation research at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status of building energy consumption software.Taking a mall of Hefei in hot summer and cold winter region as the research object,combining with the regional and climate characteristics of Hefei,the wind conditions for indoor and outdoor are analyzed by the Thsware Vent2014.It was found that the indoor and outdoor ventilation for the building meets the requirements of human comfort and standard ventilation.According to the above analysis,in order to gain a deeper understanding the characteristics of energy consumption of the public building.the building load characteristics,energy consumption change and saving rate are studied by changing the conditions of ventilation such as ventilation period,duration of night ventilation,and air change times,based on the model established by the DeST software.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of ventilation in different periods of time,the change of energy consumption and the rate of power saving,and puts forward some suggestions.The simulation results show that energy saving can be achieved when ventilation is available in summer;and the efficiency of building energy can be reduced when ventilated at night.Considering the characteristics of the operation of the mall,natural ventilation should be carried out from 23:00 to 6:00 in summer and transitional season;The number of air change times in the whole yearshould be 1~2 times/h;With the comprehensive analysis of the number of air change times and the influence of ventilation period,it is found that the load of the number of air change times of ventilation changes under different ventilation periods,the natural ventilation of the mall uses the number of air change times for 8 times/h during the0:00-3:00,and the number of air change times is 5~8 times/h during the 4:00-7:00 and20:00-23:00,and the number of air change times is 2~5 times/h during the8:00-19:00.Based on the energy consumption simulation,this paper introduces the energy consumption data of public buildings by combining the energy management platform and the measurement data of the energy management platform.It is found that no natural ventilation measured value is higher than the ventilation simulation value.It can be seen that the mall the mall uses natural ventilation will has a large energy saving space.The research results of this paper can provide a natural ventilation pre-cooling energy-saving potential evaluation system model for hot summer and cold winter areas,and provide reference for the ways of natural ventilation to reduce building energy consumption.
